This program is one of the best things I have ever done for myself!

I just wanted to say thank you for what you have done for me on this hCG program. Over the years I have tried several weight loss diets and programs. They seem to work but only for a very short period of time.

My doctor had been after me for several years to lose some weight. When I heard about your program I was very skeptical. I did some research and spoke with a couple of woman, and one man, that had been on your program.

This program is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Not only did I lose pounds, but I was surprised at how many inches I lost. I will not lie, the first week was hard in training myself to stick with the eating program and stop eating whatever, and whenever, I wanted. I learned very quickly that this was a self learned habit and not because I was hungry. After the first week it became much easier and it was rewarding to not only see but to feel the difference in my body. Within this first week my pants would button without a struggle; my shirts were not as binding in my upper arm area or across my abdomen. Also, I never got that sickly diet look about myself that you get on so many diets.

But the best part of the program was what I learned about proteins and fats and how I could take almost any food and make it healthier for myself and my family. I was always full on this program and never felt deprived. You were always there for me and available for any questions or concerns that I had.

I would recommend this program for anyone. Thank you so very much!!!!!!
