Medical Director
Arnold Petersen, MD
Dr. Petersen earned his medical degree with A.O. A. Honors at Loma Linda University in 1966. He completed a rotation internship at Portland Adventist Hospital and Medical Center, then a mission term at Davis Memorial Hospital in Guyana, South Africa. He then completed his OB/GYN residency at White Memorial Hospital and Medical Center. He was board certified in OB/GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1974.
He has earned special certificates as a Preceptor in Pelvic Endoscopic Surgery, CO2 Laser, Advanced Endoscopic and Open Abdominal KTP/YAG Laser, and Operative Hysteroscopy. Dr. Petersen is a course director and instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation and Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics. He has served as the chairman of OB/GYN at Portland Adventist Medical Center, and chairman of the Laser (surgery) Committee. He was a member of the Physicians Advisory Council and is a current member of the OB Task Force on Medical Malpractice for NPMIC.

Stacey Perry
Dr. Peterson’s patients who wish to participate in Dr. Simeon’s hCG program for weight loss will be guided through the hCG program by Stacey Perry. Stacey was trained at the International Symposium of hCG Treatment of Obesity and Associated Morbidities in October, 2008. She has completed the hCG program herself and has independently counseled hundreds of people all wanting to loose weight, successfully.
Stacey Perry has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Her counseling background includes, an internship at a Grief Counseling center, and working for two years in a counseling office. Stacey has also worked for three years as a Nursing Home Administrator, where she gained more experience in management and business administration practices. Her training and success with Dr. Simeon’s hCG Program for weight loss personally and as a counselor for others have been an invaluable asset to Dr. Peterson’s patients.
